About 2 and a half weeks ago, the boys decided that sleeping through the night was WAY overrated. Suddenly, for no discernible reason, they started waking every 3-4 hours to feed (or whine, or bitch, or fret about the state of the economy). It was nothing short of shocking since we’d been bragging about our perfect little sleepers for weeks. They had been consistently doing 8-9 hour marathon sleep sessions every night. So I ask you: WTF?
Well, I am soooo pleased to report that we’re seemingly back on track. For the last 2 nights, they’ve both slept 8 hour stretches.
Here’s hoping it was not merely a function of us being in Tahoe. I’ve got my fingers crossed that we can continue this now that we’re back home.
UPDATE: We’re home and they slept 8 hours straight last night. Rejoice.
